Course Description
What is the therapist’s role when people in the news are showing behaviors or making statements that possibly indicate a mental health condition? This course explores the history of mental health professionals’ roles, duties, and controversies surrounding making statements about people that they have never seen as clients and how the ethical rules were created, applied, and misinterpreted from the original authors to the professional organizations today.
