  • Can I get Continuing Education credit for all courses?

    Not all courses qualify for continuing education. Please verify both that the course qualifies for CE and that your approval body has approved us as a continuing education provider for your license (read our CE provider approvals here).

  • I’m having trouble getting ahold of someone, when are you available to help me out?

    We are usually available during business hours, Pacific Time, via email: [email protected]. Please allow at least 2 business days to reply to your concerns before reaching out again. As a small operation, we are not available for customer service 24/7, but will try to respond as timely as we can.

  • I have an idea for a course, what should I do?

    We are always interested in ideas for new courses. Please feel free to email us here and let us know what you’re thinking about.

  • I had an account on your former site and I don't have one here.

    Anyone who made an account on our former site will need to set up a new account here.

  • What happened to my completed courses and course certificates from the fomer site?

    When we changed our Modern Therapists Community learning platform to Thinkific, we were unable to transfer completed courses and certificates. However, we downloaded and saved all of your certificates. If you need a copy, just email us here and we will send it over (please allow 2 business days before requesting again).

  • Do you have a question that we didn't answer here?

    Send us over an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please allow at least 2 business days to reply to your concerns before reaching out again.

  • I enrolled in a course on the old site and have not yet completed it. I would like to finish the course. What do I need to do?

    Please make a login on this site (if you do not already have one). Then email us at [email protected] and I can add the courses you have already purchased to your account and you can finish them here.
